He finally received the Gold-certification plaque for When the Sun Goes Down!
One year ago, Selena & The Scene released their 3rd studio album, When the Sun Goes Down !
Since then, the album has been certified Gold and has spawned three singles so far: the platinum uplifting anthem, “Who Says”; the double-platinum catchy track, “Love You Like A Love Song”; and the club-banging dance hit, “Hit the Lights”. The album is expected to release a fourth single (though nothing has been confirmed), the Rock Mafia-produced, Kelly-Clarkson-esque song, “My Dilemma”.

Selena & The Scene’s “Love You Like A Love Song” has reached the 2 million digital sales mark! This marks the band’s first two-million seller (“Naturally” sold 1,854,000; “Who Says” sold 1,771,000)

Fuck me. if i’m going to blog anything today it’s going to be this. this is actually the most heart-warming thing i’ve seen in a while. how can someone who’s suffering so much be so happy and so strong? i know if i was in her position, the fact that i looked different from everyone else and knowing that a majority of boys wouldn’t even look my way would be enough to make me suicidal - it just makes me really evaluate my life.
I’m not the biggest selena gomez fan but just watching this makes me want to listen to selena gomez.
